Atlanta Eats Filming at Bite on Wednesday

Atlanta Eats will be filming at Bite this Wednesday! We would LOVE for the restaurant to be full– as usual for lunch–and they may interview our guests. Who better to talk about our food than YOU?

The filming crew is scheduled to arrive during lunch at Bite at about 1pm. They will interview customers and head chef Leif Johnson as he prepares Bite’s signature dishes. If you want to be a part of the fun, join us for lunch!

To get this latest updates on this exciting event, keep an eye on our Facebook page & Twitter @BiteATL. Feel free to message us questions. We hope to see you Wednesday!!!

Atlanta Cuisine Reviews our Reuben-Yaki Sandwich

Atlanta Cuisine recently reviewed our Reuben-Yaki Sandwich, dubbing it “the most creative reuben sandwich in the entire Atlanta metro area.” Thanks to Atlanta Cuisine for the review – we hope you’ll try it out yourself!

Bite Reuben Yaki Sandwich

Here’s more of what they had to say:

The house-cured pastrami possesses a deep smokiness and is topped with house-made kimchi. Yes, you heard me right — kimchi. Then comes smoked gouda and what they call Krussian sauce, which is a spectacular mildly spicy, beefy flavored reddish orange sauce. I could dip my fries in this stuff all day long. The buttery, crackly toasted rye makes for a perfect finish to a perfectly bizarre but tasty meal. Priced at $10 side included — it is a steal.

Jezebel Spotlights Bite’s New Cocktail Menu

JEZEBEL Magazine features the ‘stache behind our new bar and new cocktail menu in their March 2013 issue!

Meet Cody Henson, the man behind the bar.

Meet Cody Henson, the man behind the bar.

Fresh off a recent expansion, Alpharetta’s Bite Creative Cuisine & Catering has another feather in its cap–a liquor license. Savannah-transplant and Canton, Ga.-native Cody Henson is the man behind Bite’s beverage program, so we took it upon ourselves to help him break in the new bar. He reciprocated by offering us a refreshing libation, Basil Laden, that’s made with muddled cucumber, gin and, naturally, handfuls of basil. Watch out for this one-there’s a kick behind the smoothness.
